the most professional and reasonable computer help (with a smile!) i have ever gotten!!!

this guys DOES MACS and he's very good at it. not only does he know what he's talking about and can explain it to anyone (if he could explain it to me, he can explain it to anyone), he seems to really love his job.

he does "mac-ucation" and hard ware repair too, although (thankfully) i didn't need that. i highly recommend dandymac to anyone needing any kind of mac computer help. and his website is very straightforward and gives prices - plus the three tier service system he has is great for people who don't know much about computer help and are maybe afraid of getting a professional to do it.

Donn is fantastic.  He is incredibly knowledgeable and able to talk computers at every level.  He has helped us in so many ways, from helping with our home music system to our Apple TV to hard drive crashes.  He really can do it all and is very flexible.

Donn went above and beyond the call of duty. He spent way more hours helping me fix my computer than I would have expected. His prices are a lot cheaper than going to a "so called specialist" and he fixed all my problems within a few hours.  He's very professional, patient, and knows how to work with a novice like myself.

Donn is a very professional person who not only fixed my laptop and copier but also took the extra step to explain to me why I got into trouble and how to avoid it in the future.  He is very patient and his prices are quite reasonable.  I would recommend him to anyone needing help with a computer.
